As it is very small and not meeting-focused I am guessing the workspace will be a second room there too, like the main house. If capacity is capped at a certain % but using a room as an office doesn't count towards that % then it makes sense.
Another factor GH PDC vs Andaz is the size of an upgrade suite. The "Standard" suite GH PDC is about 600 sqft, vs. several options in the 1,100 sqft range at the Andaz. So if you are using a TSU, then depending on how many people need to work the confirmable space at the Andaz might be big enough to make the external workspace less important.
Interesting. I figured the hotel just hadn’t reopened yet, but I guess they were just full for the dates I looked at.
The Andaz suites are sizeable and pretty comfortable as a hotel suite. But they don’t have any dedicated desk space with a desk chair suitable for extended use (or at least didn’t when I was there last year). It’s also annoying that you’d have to use a TSU for that (and be constrained by the length of stay that a TSU can cover) vs just using the WFH rate.
