ORD-EWR appears to be 1x (versus 2x in November), and ORD-LGA down to 3x instead of 4x. NY State also announced mandatory testing for all out of state arrivals (except NJ/CT) replacing the mandatory quarantine/hotspot list. We'll see how that holds up... Fares are still pretty far up the ladder though
