No, they don't restart your YTD qualifying miles/points until Jan 1. As soon as you hit the 100k, you will be upgraded to EXP status, though it might not show in the system for a day or two. You'll have EXP until Feb. 2006, and then come 2005, you'll be back at it to get the next 100k.
