　　In order to control the cross-border spread of the epidemic and protect the health and safety of passengers, Chinese and foreign passengers travelling to China on flights from the United States from 0:00 BST on November 6, 2020, must apply for and obtain a green health code or health declaration with the HS logo on the basis of the new coronavirus nucleic acid test negative certificate and serum-specific IgM antibody testing (hereinafter referred to as serum IgM antibody testing). The specific requirements are heeded as follows:

First, testing requirements　　

(1) For persons travelling from the United States to China on direct flights (without transit from a third country), one sampling and testing of nucleic acid and serum IgM antibodies shall be completed by the United States testing agency within 48 hours of boarding, and after obtaining proof that nucleic acid and antibody testing are negative, according to the nucleic acid testing site, according to the territorial division, apply to the Chinese Embassy and Consulate in the United States and obtain a green health code or health declaration with the HS logo.

(2) For persons departing from the United States and travelling to China by transit from a third country, the first nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test shall be carried out in the United States, the second nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test shall be carried out in the transit country (the country of departure for direct flights to China), and the green health code or health declaration shall be obtained from the Chinese embassy in the United States and the last non-transit country airport of China, respectively.

The first test conducted in the United States must be sampled, tested, and tested 48 hours before boarding a flight departing from the United States, with proof of nucleic acid testing and serum IgM antibody testing negative. The second test conducted in the transit country of the last non-direct flight to China must be completed within 48 hours of transit boarding, sampling, testing, nucleic acid testing, serum IgM antibody testing negative proof.

(3) For those departing from a third country and travelling to China by transit through the United States, the main airports in the United States do not currently have testing conditions, and it is recommended that we choose to transfer to China from the United States carefully. If you do need to travel through the United States, be sure to know in advance about the temporary restrictions on the entry of foreigners in the United States.Get a U.S. visa, conduct a second nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test after entering the U.S., apply to a Chinese embassy or consulate in the U.S. and obtain a green health code or health statement with the HS logo. If you do not meet the boarding conditions to transit to the United States, you will face a very high risk of detention, or even be returned to the point of departure.

Second, Chinese citizens apply for the tie HS logo of the green health code

3. Foreign citizens handle statements of health status

(4) The airline carrying out a direct flight to China shall verify the passengers on the basis of a statement of health issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate at the place of departure of the flight. Fourth, special reminders

(a) Please read this notice carefully and make proper arrangements for your trip to China accordingly. If it is not possible to obtain nucleic acid testing and serum IgM antibody test results are negative proof, before the flight failed to hold a green health code with the HS logo or health statement, temporarily does not meet the conditions of the flight, need to re-arrange or adjust the trip.

(5) This notice shall be implemented from 0:00 on November 6, 2020, and shall be reviewed in accordance with the original notification standard of September 4th for applications for health codes and health declarations submitted to embassies and consulates in the United States by 0:00 U.S. Time on November 6th. Since the time of implementation, the previous embassy and consulate in the United States on health codes, nucleic acid testing and other related notices are inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
