Is anyone else having trouble with eUpgrades? When I visit the area of the site it just downloads an HTML file. I'm also waitlisted for a flight T-14 that has R space and should clear. The person on the phone wasn't super helpful - said there was nothing she could do to clear the waitlist even though there is R space. She tried removing me and adding me again but it didn't clear.
