The privacy request is in response to CCPA and GDPR. If you do not live in California or the EU, there's no legislation at the Federal or State level that provides for a consumer to submit this type of request. Several states are working on similar legislation like the CCPA and potentially something at the US Federal level as well but those have not happened yet.
