This post has me understood what I've overheard in Yilan Westin. An employee was telling another one, over the headset, that "tell her she couldn't do it and it's against our rules, and if she persists, just note that in her customer profile". I was wondering why would a conflict needed to be noted in a customer profile, now it seems to make sense, they note everything.....
