1- Are you in F from LAX-PHX? If that segment hasn't cleared, it will still show as requested.

2- Once a SWU clears it needs to be reticketed. Sometimes this happens on its own, sometimes it takes manual intervention. If it doesn't reticle this two days before your flight, I'd call, otherwise you won't be able to check in on line.

Same thing happened to me over a month ago. I requested miles plus copay upgrade on 2 one way tickets. Both cleared ahead of time and I got miles deducted and my CC charged. But only one was showing as Confirmed and the other one was showing requested. I had no problem at the airport whatsoever. Must be a glitch and I would not worry about it
