There's definitely overlap between UA and WN. From OAK, Southwest has nonstop service to Chicago, Houston, and Baltimore (others?) in the Central and Eastern timezones.
Also, pre-pandemic, SAT, IND, MSP, MCO, DAL, MCI, ATL, MCI, STL, MSY, BNA, CMH. Those mostly don’t overlap with any potential UA routes. And UA has connections to an international network that almost entirely doesn’t overlap with the WN network.
