Can we not get rid of this stupid "bubble" policy? Which is I guess is asking bureaucrats to stop creating memos and declarations - never going to happen.
The air bubble agreements are poorly thought out, badly implemented and grossly mismanaged. It is out of control and frontline employees have no clue what's going on. Is it really necessary to have 20 different agreements? It is not helping "the common man" so who is it helping?
