We are not bothered by families or children. In order, we preferentially consider the quality of room, ocean views, and proximity to pool/beach. My wife will probably want to spend each day visiting private island by boat (1-2 visits would probably be sufficient for me).
Ocean Suites have 2 large pools with a swim up bar, and a small man made beach. Marina only a small infinity pool with a great view of the harbor, much hotter as there is no foliage on that side. Ocean suites have balconies, none at the Marina. If you can have an Oceanfront suite at the Ocean suites don't think twice, you will have cruising ships passing just in front of you... Sunset just in front of you every evening... (I own many Oceanfront timeshares at the Ocean Suites...) 1-3-5th floors are timeshares, 2-4th floors are hotel rooms, suites are identical except for the TS ones where there is a small kitchenette.
