Four Seasons Philadelphia moved from Logan Square (by Swann Fountain) to 60 story Comcast Tower. The Logan Square property is fine - similar to Ritz Carlton Philadelphia deflag to a Westin at Liberty Place. Philly is a weird hotel town.
