The original Collin Street Bakery is indeed in Corsicana. It was off 45 by a number of blocks. They used to always have ten cents coffee.
The newer one is in a chain strip mall right off 45. It’s a nice restaurant and has a Tesla Supercharger.
I have also seen another somewhere in East Texas en route to Shreveport.
