Just three steps for me - get payment queue, make payment/register, then test. No interim between register and the other step.
I was happy with that as the wait to register was 2.5 hours. More than i was expecting.
No one said how the number process is so disorganized. I thought it was number order, but nope, there are like 3 parallel sequences so no one knows really how close they are (i.e, there are numbers 3XXX, 2XXX, 1XXX, and each get called at different rates without rhyme or reason). In addition to later numbers in the same sequence getting called first, for some reason. Not sure why it is that complicated as it should just be sequential order.
Test was weird they had you stand up. I guess to avoid cleaning chairs, but what an odd way to test if you're tall, i felt like i had to hunch so not as comfortable.'
And got the result 2 hours after taking. Got my queue number at 3:11pm, test at 5:58pm, results 8:06pm. So total time = 5 hours which in retrospect doesn't seem bad. The wait to register was the bad part.
BTW, to get your print out, you need to go to the "results" counter for the company who you registered with - there are 3 test lab companies. You need a certified stamp from them so you need to go to the right one. Ignore the login machines where you got your queue number - there's an option to get results but it doesn't work (it says wait in the waiting room for your ticket number but no ticket number is printed).
Yep, the process is shorter in terms of steps, but the registration/payment takes a long time.
Note that combining payment with registration makes prepayment moot.
i got my test at 5:13 pm, and still haven’t got my results as of 9:32, nor has anyone else who tested with me.
