Especially in the case where one obtains an exemption based on Negative PCR test....

Sometimes people do not want to go to their real homes due to elderly parents, etc.
Another option - arrive in a different city like BLR that basically doesnt care once you give the negative RTPCR test and you just walk out.. then you are free to determine your own quarantine!
