YOWgary perchance are you in OYB class?
I had them cancel my North American segments so I could pay 17 instead of 2+17, and I cannot upgrade the B-class flights.
However I do have another booking that works.
Edit: It now seems to be using the actual fare basis to determine the clearance window, rather than just fare class. I cannot confirm any of my B class segments on PY fares, and they agent I spoke with seemed extremely knowledgeable (rules changed today, this isn't a Latitude fare, it's Premium Economy Lowest). So that loophole may be gone. Not that I'm concerned about clearing SFO-YVR at T-14 as an SM in B class.
Or it could be a bug.
