To tell you the truth, I get the impression this is not fully thought through. If I came in the situation you layed out in your previous post, I'd just contact the health authority (called "Referat für Gesundheit und Umwelt" in Munich) and work something out with them. You can call me biased--I'm German and think Germany's covid-19 strategy has, generally speaking, been a success. But surely there are some quirks which haven't been fully thought through yet--the scenario you described doesn't occur all that often, me thinks
