it's not because of the inconvenience that the taxes went down.
AA vouchers are AAplied to the pre-tAAx AAmount of the ticket. this yields a lower pre-tAAx base to which the tAAx rAAte is AAplied.
AAcordingly, the tAAxAAble AAmount is lower.
