If your focus is on the incentive only, then Chase is the one. Otherwise,
as I have said earlier in this thread, everyone sucks. For many here, CPC is not exactly attractive (setting aside the incentive) as its international "support" is weak.
So you need to think about this - you want the incentive or something else? Incentive, Chase it is. Otherwise, take the incentive and go somewhere else.
