Yeah, that's nearly $4k/mo to maximize this. Ends up being 7.25ppd if you hit it exactly (minus any costs). Only thing I can think of is to buy visa/mastercards and potentially pre-pay some stuff like taxes, utilities, insurance if they will take a prepaid card. Otherwise you're stuck with A) tons of store gift cards (xmas?), or B) filling the freezer with steaks and seafood. I think I might aim for November personally, I think I can generate $4k at least one month.
