Those surveys are about 20% content relevant to your flight and 80% utterly stock questions. I always get one asking about beverage service on my VPS-ATL flight, which is about 44 minutes from wheels up to wheels down and hasn't had beverage service in economy since about 2011.
Just did JAX ATL CLT. No service in any cabin. F, C+, and Y got zip, not even the sealed bag with two snacks and water bottle.
