Background. From NY and applied for global entry back in December when suddenly all NYers were disallowed entry. So our application was refunded, $$ refunded and that was that. Last week, my wife and 2 kids got emails that we could reapply. Kids are under 18. Basically we have to apply by some time in March.
The email we got is here:
Dear Trusted Traveler Programs Applicant,
You are receiving this message because your U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) application was cancelled on February 6, 2020, and you received a refund for the application fee. On September 26, 2020, TTP applications submitted by New York residents that were cancelled on February 6, 2020 were restored to the Trusted Traveler Programs Website. You will have until March 26, 2021, to pay the application fee and submit your application. CBP will begin processing the application once the application fee is paid.
To submit your CBP TTP application, please complete the following steps:
Log into your TTP account
https://ttp.cbp.dhs.gov/
Select your reinstated application under "Applications in Progress"
Follow the prompts and pay the required application fee
If you have already reapplied and submitted the TTP application fee, no additional action is required.
If you no longer wish to resume the TTP application process, no further action is required.
Respectfully,
Trusted Traveler Programs
U.S. Customs and Border Protection
But with the proposed changed, GE fees may go to $120 and kids would be included. See here:

So we arent sure what to do. Maybe just reapply for the parents since the kids may be included? Or wait until the change is set in stone before reapplying for the two of us? Anyone else in the same predicament?
