Probably the same amount those OUTSOURCED vendors offered. Sarcasm aside, there will have been some who have taken retirement, early-out or some type voluntary separation package but not enough of them (as in every group). Wouldn't United just love it for thousands more of well-paid senior employees to just give up, quit, retire, separate. My point is United isn't showing much loyalty to dedicated, highly-skilled EMPLOYEES over cheaper, outsourced work overseas (but then again, that issue of outsourcing is a whole other subject).
