Hello. My brother is going to be flying dfw-las for his 40th bday and rather than drop a ridiculous amount of money at his hotel for a bottle of champagne at the Venetian he wants to bring a few bottles of his own on carry on luggage. Are there any airline regs prohibiting this? Any TSA restrictions? He won't be consuming it on board, just taking it with him (unopened of course).
