You can get the sticker on both arrival and departure. It was one drink and small package of salami and crackers when I came thru but who knows about other days.
Got "stickered" at EWR at the beginning of this month. Got the salami and was shown the premium drink list. Champagne is on the list, but "not served at this time".
Ended up getting a glass of red, including a refill.
