And it should work at other OneWorld lounges. But what about e.g the Icelandair Saga lounge in KEF? If you are traveling in coach and are not OWE/OWS you would still need the physical AC card.
It shouldn't work at other Oneworld lounges unless it is an associate lounge - does an AA boarding pass indicate AC membership? if so there shouldnt be too much issue at Reykjavik since access is only permitted for departure on an AA operated flight
