I was just looking at the 2004 version:
- J cabin: recliner seats on most aircrafts (flat beds only on the 345), big announcement about the "new Executive First" cabin to be launched soon on select aircrafts
- 2-2-1 / 1-2-2 layout in J on the 763 (which I remember)
- apparently AC also had 762s and 763s with a 2-2-2 layout upfront that were sold as J within NA and as PE on int'l routes. I honestly had no idea AC offered PE back then
