Mutton & pork satay Singapore Chinese style
Peranakan “ chap chye “ with pork ribs in the bowls

Fried Hokkien ( Rochor ) mee - noodles on opeh leaves of the betel nut palm .

Desserts :

Basque burnt cheesecake
Gula Melaka cake ( a palm sugar ; Gula - sugar , Melaka - Malacca )

Fruits :
Grapes from USA
Papayas from Malaysia
Rambutans from Thailand

Coffee :
Nespresso
Milk from Australia
