I doubt that anyone was able to purchase a tkt on that lone flight,it charter flight dont know if the Govt paid for it yet or what arrangements are made. I read somewhere that LY owes in the 9 figures for refunds I highly doubt the Govt paid anywhere near that. And any money would go towards their fixed costs 1st
