Gajan, what the the acronym PLC in your examples?
Periodic level check (as opposed to "rolling level check"); the level check that takes place at the very end of the membership year. In each example, the customer gets to the end of the membership year without having increased in status - which, of course, is no longer possible for Platinums anyway).
