Over the last 4 days I too have experienced the same "error" report when I've tried to book 4 or 5 seg trips. NWA said "we've gotten some reports of this prob and hope to resolve it shortly. That was 3 days ago and still the problem today.

I need to book by 0000 tonite and may have to use Expedia or phone.
