Depends on how I feel! IMO, if it's savory and the ingredient combo tastes good on it's own, it makes a good omelette.

Last night, all we could muster was a salad with lots of vegetables. We were still pretty full from our lunch time cheeseburgers from Charlie Beinlich's (my craving for the last few days), for those of you that know the north-of-Chicago area.

Tonight: Chicken Tikka, rice, and naan. Wanted to give the Mr. Kook's sauce brand a second try and see if I still like it as much. Tomorrow night it's hot dogs and s'mores, as we're backyard camping with our young nephews (assuming the hurricane remnants don't flood the yard tonight).
