DAC IST last Sunday
I have a backpack that normally fits in cabin baggage without any problem
56cm x 33cm x 24cm But it was refused in hand baggage at DAC and I had to check it in.
So I took everything that was of value and everything I needed during the flight (pillow, blanket, ipad, cables, phone) I didn't have any other bag so it was a bit gipsy and the security guy told me it was a lot but I said it all fit in a 40cm bag and it was less than 4 kg
All that to say that they are very strict ....
So I will find myself a small 40 cm bag to put my flight equipment just before check-in.
