Many of the VIPs coming to the Clinic now stay at the Intercontinental on the Clinic Campus. It's owned by the Clinic and the VIP services/International Patient group has an office there. One floor is all suites. Some suites have bulletproof glass. I've stayed there a couple times now, service is outstanding.
