Business cards most banks (including BofA) don't show up as open (or closed) accounts on EQ/EX/TU personal credit reports (the obvious exceptions are Discover and Cap One, which both report business cards to personal credit reports).

However, inquiries from banks about business card applications do show up on whichever credit report they do the inquiry from (in most case that's just one of the three). Depending on where you live and/or maybe on other factors can determine which of the three bureaus a particular bank might pull.
