We arrived back to Dubai today on EK from Chicago. As per current guidance we had the following for each of us:

RT-PCR test negative report within last 96 hours
GDRFA return approval
Health questionnaire
Quarantine undertaking
DXB COVID19 app on phone

At Chicago check in, all they asked to see was the RT-PCR test report

At Dubai nobody asked for any of the above. Not at immigration, not anywhere else. No temperature check, nothing. We did not encounter any checkpoint
