Depends where you are coming from and to where you are going.
Prior to departure to DXB: need negative test to board
On arrival in DXB: you will only be tested on arrival if coming from higher risk regions/countries (list on EK website)
On departure from DXB: you don't need a test to leave, but may require test depending on destination
