Same issues here, they will credit you the dog fees at the Dept of Ag and NO Vet fees if you go through Honolulu (HNL) which is a plus if you are going there. I recently cleared my dog through HNL and I got lucky and the lines were not long but other have reported long lines outside the quarantine station which can be very hot with little to no shade.
We cancelled several times as some on this board will tell you until I final just had to go for work/financial reasons. I am half way through quarantine and I can tell you traveling here wasn't easy. They quarantine is a hassle but at least I have a yard I can sit in and walk my dog. I plan to leave the middle of next month and return in late Nov/Dec, HOPEFULLY there will be no quarantine at that time as I would absolutely hate repeating this. Good Luck!
