The “birria” (because obviously it’s my way and not like a real mexican restaurant style) was used for total 4 short ribs (1-1/2 lbs??) and then eaten over a period of days.
thanks for donut tip. Maybe I’ll try it... I could (literally?) squeeze them into the freezer.
as we all know, turkey burgers are less unhealthy than beef burgers :-)
