It was early on in the crisis but I had to call, I couldn't do it online -- the website kept threatening to take 300USD or give me a credit for later. The whole call probably lasted less than 5 minutes, and if you call in the morning Europe time then you should get through quickly. After that you get sent to the refunds website which you can do online.
