Actually, this pizza definitely is doughy but the crisp, caramelized edges are a nice contrast and it's very flavorful and the layer of cheese directly on top of the crust keeps it from getting soggy.

I think almost all pizzas are great when fresh from an oven, even better than HQ delivery.

I use a baking square for my Detroit pizza so it isn’t cast iron. Maybe I should try the cast iron skillet as it’s small so the dough ball should fit. I’m not yet making my own pizza dough. I buy multigrain frozen dough balls. $1.99
