Add Chicago/Illinois to the list, and don't forget the restrictions for Alaska and Hawaii.
I've been wondering how the decision to do deep discounts versus closing temporarily depends on whether it's a property that closes annually during low season. In seasonal places, properties need the revenue and employees need the jobs even more, but management is accustomed to shutting down for a part of every year, so they have systems/processes in place to do this easily.
