There is basically zero chance of QR shifting back to T4 in 2020, I think it's already looking ropey for early 2021 now too. Basically travel to the US needs to resume at scale for T4 to be needed, otherwise all LHR flights can be accommodated in the current T2/T5 (and then T3 when that is eventually needed). On the plus side, it's a lot easier to make the connection from AY to QR at LHR whilst both are in T5.
