Deadline for new rule
So i'm currently booked to go LHR-DXB on 5th August and i'm considering changing my flight to this Friday 31st July.

The flight I'd be getting would arrive DXB around 11pm. This would get me in before the new regulations kick in on 1st August - by an hour or so.

Would anyone like to hazard a guess as to what might happen in case of a delay to the flight, pushing the arrival time past midnight and thus into 1st August?
