Putting in dates for 3AUG-1NT ... the Privé website states that the "rate you have requested is unavailable during the dates of your stay or is not offered at this property." However, there is a 15% off rate with breakfast for $110 (a $19 discount from the $129 standard rate).
Doing some random searching ... I found Privé rates beginning in January 2021. Rates are very low, under $200, which is why the property credit is so low ($25). Full breakfast + $100 credit would be unsustainable for the hotel at sub-$200 rates.
