Given that the airlines are cracking down on mask policies and the general public's views (largely in support of) I would expect some resistance there. Personally if I see someone in flight nursing a drink or bag of pretzels for an extended period of time I will assume they are doing so with the express purpose of skirting the mask rule. I am sure I am not alone in that assessment.
