So you're telling me that BOB (aka, buy food in Y) isn't food?
If we're arguing about serving everyone in Y a meal on domestic / transborder, that's an entirely different discussion. Well aware that AC pulled that away, but It doesn't mean they haven't had food, particularly hot meals available in Y for purchase.
And at that --- my comment remains. They never would cater enough of the hot meals for Y and would always run out if you were in the back half of the plane.
