I doubt they will bring back anyone that isn’t willing to agree to work with other fleet members from standby.
There are more than enough crew available that will be happy to work together from standby etc. and they are still referring to those coming back as volunteers.
If BA put into action their plan, all crew who stay will be one fleet and working together anyway.
