Some of the A321 planes outside of US I have flown come with 4 lavatories in Y.....
There have been concerns re the width of the 787 Polaris J-seat. Having flown it only on transcons I found it fine; how was your experience on the 13 hrs flight?

What would the lav/pax ratio be like on such a A321?
