Apologies. Misread it. You didn’t say how it was booked (Ie prime or codeshare). But when a segment is missing from the PNR (via .ckn) it means that that flight has been cxld. Could be that AA already has a segment with the protection that you can see via .com. Again. Just call.

I in fact did not, as I specifically wrote BA hadn’t cancelled the flight. I suggest more careful reading when being pompous in the future.
